Isolate Audio pedals are covered by a limited two year warranty period from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the enclosures, the enclosure finish, fixings including screws or any improper use of the pedal. The warranty includes defects against switches, poteniometers, LEDs and audio jacks.

Our pedals are designed to operate on +9VDC, centre negative only. The use of any power supply that is not +9VDC centre negative will damage the pedal and void the warranty.

The customer will be responsible for return freight to Isolate Audio. Isolate Audio will cover freight back to the customer for repaired or replaced units. No other shipping/taxes are included. Any exceptions to the above cases will be assessed on an individual basis in consultation with the customer to determine the most suitable outcome.

In the event you require repair or warranty assistance with your pedal, please contact us through our contact page, outlining any issues in detail. The information provided will be assessed to determine the best outcome for repair.

Isolate Audio offers reasonable out-of-warranty service or repair costs for those units outside of the warranty period. For service/repair units that are deemed fully functional on receipt, bench costs will still apply. The customer is responsible for all freight charges for out-of-warranty service or repairs.
